Saisnarine Devanand Maharaj was admitted to Gray’s Inn, London in the final term of 1957 and thereafter completed the Bar Examinations in May 1959.
He was called to the Bar in Trinidad, sometime in 1960 at the age of 25 and established a practice in Port-of-Spain, Arima and Tunapuna from his Chambers at No. 14 St. Vincent Street, Port-of-Spain.
